Oconto River Bowmen is located on 56 acres of beautiful N.E.W. land. It is a friendly, relaxed Club catering for 3D (target), NFAA (field) and Broadhead ranges. The club has been established for over 50 years and membership is open to Men, Women and Children of all ages. The club has over 100 members, and we are rapidly expanding our membership.
We are located on County Trunk I in Stiles WI. Visitors are welcome to participate in our club competitions . We are committed to the growth of Archery as a sport, and the promotion of good sportsmanship.
Come down and visit us on a club day, or contact us if you wish to find out how you can come and give archery a try. Membership offers archers access to the club grounds seven days a week.
Oconto River Bowmen Est. in 1966 as a National Field Archery Association Range. We now have a 28 target 3D range, a 28 target broadhead bunker range and a recently added NFAA Field Archery Range. The ranges are all spread out over 56 acres of pristine hardwoods, with ridges and valleys abound. Some of the original founding members are: Norm and Sarah Baldwin, Al and Verla Christopherson, Norm and Reggie Damp, Bob and Dorothy Ellner, Harlan Metzler, Gerald(Punky) and Carol Peterson, Jim and Anita Peterson, Ron(Swede) Peterson, Anson and Judy Schefdore, Bud and Janette Tisch, Peter and Rose Trudell, Tom and Pat Trudell. Come see our many years of progress and support our beautiful archery range. Oconto River Bowmen believes strongly in supporting youth archery, wherein lies the future of our sport.
